Bloomsburg has been a great place to call home for over 25 years! My husband Mark and I enjoyed raising our three grown sons, Michael, Matthew and Mitchell in a wonderful family friendly community. As a student at Bloomsburg University, I appreciated all the town had to offer and decided to call it home shortly after graduation. Prior to obtaining my real estate license, I earned an AS in Education, a BA in Sociology/Social Welfare and a MS in Instructional Technology. During the years our boys were in school, I was a guest teacher for the Bloomsburg Area School District. All of my work and volunteer experience has consisted of helping others. Volunteering for many years at the Winona Food Cupboard, delivering Meals On Wheels to home bound members of the community, and holding numerous positions on the board of the Friends of the Bloomsburg Public Library since 1996 are just a few ways I stay involved. I truly enjoy being an active member of my community and helping those in need.
My belief is that education is the key to helping my clients appreciate and enjoy their home buying or selling experience. Taking the time to counsel a client at the beginning of the process helps to ease anxiety and stress and allows for a smoother transaction. My attention to detail, patience, persistence and strong communication skills are qualities that serve my clients well. My e-PRO certification ensures that my technology skills are top notch when it comes to online marketing and social media. Other designations I earned include an Accredited Buyers Representative and a Certified Residential Specialist. These prestigious designations require extensive training, a specific number of closed transactions and in depth real estate knowledge and experience. My professional affiliations include membership in the National Association of REATORS® (NAR), Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® (PAR) and the Central Susquehanna Valley Board of REALTORS®. I am an active member on my local board’s Education and Public Relations Committees.
Specializing in residential real estate in Bloomsburg, PA and surrounding area, I love helping buyers find the home of their dreams and sellers marketing their properties to obtain top dollar. My goal is to provide exemplary service while striving to exceed client expectations. I am proud to be a partner in Key Partners Realty, LLC and look forward to helping anyone who seeks my real estate expertise.
